Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Conduct research in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in complex system integration and scalability
- Certification in quantum cryptography or quantum machine learning preferred
