Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and material science applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks with AWS Braket integration
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and MIT Tech Symposium
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction methodologies
- Develop proprietary quantum simulation tools using Qiskit and Cirq
- Collaborate with DARPA and DoE on national quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum coherence or entanglement
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Quipper)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures (IBM, Rigetti)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ quantum research grants
- Certification in Quantum Computing from MIT Professional Education
