- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols and qubit stabilization techniques
- Develop quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical infrastructure
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and technical boards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep knowledge of superconducting, photonic, or topological qubit technologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams of 10+ engineers
