Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and cloud quantum platforms
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and cryogenic systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
- Strong project management skills with experience leading technical teams
