Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for next-gen cryptography and AI optimization
- Lead hardware-software integration for superconducting qubit systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum networks
- Collaborate with AI teams to create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and quantum gate operations
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing topics
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government-funded projects
