Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing solutions leveraging qubit stabilization and error correction methodologies
- Design hybrid quantum-classical systems for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate photonic and superconducting qubit technologies
- Create security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum research into commercial products
- Establish quantum computing benchmarks and performance metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance principles
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
