Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with >1000 logical qubits by 2026
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation at 99.99% fidelity
- Architect cryogenic control systems with sub-10mK thermal stability
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum networking standards
- Secure patents for novel quantum entanglement techniques
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Certification in quantum error correction (IBM Quantum)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubits
- Track record of securing DARPA/NASA quantum grants
- Fluency in quantum machine learning frameworks
