Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Design error correction protocols for quantum coherence beyond 2026 industry standards
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum hardware
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with academia to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, topological quantum computing, or photonic systems
- Publication record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
