As part of our elite Future Technologies Division, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop fault-tolerant quantum processors and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms. Your work will directly impact breakthroughs in materials science, cryptography, and AI optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum processors beyond current NISQ limitations
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum machine learning frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications in logistics and pharmaceuticals
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, quantum networks)
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences and publish in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction codes
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms and mitigation strategies
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware and control systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
