Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Develop error-correction frameworks to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum hardware-software co-design
- Translate complex quantum principles into actionable engineering specifications
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-generation data infrastructure

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or advanced algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
