Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 2026-era computational demands
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum security protocols for post-quantum encryption standards
- Drive quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and speak at Davos-level forums
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough research)
