Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving

- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum hardware integration
- Proven track record of designing scalable quantum architectures for commercial applications
- Strong programming skills in Python, Q#, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum technology roadmaps
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with measurable business impact
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
