Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical computing frameworks
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum supremacy and quantum advantage methodologies
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting and photonic hardware
- Lead the development of quantum software development kits (SDKs)
- Document and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware control languages
- Publication record in quantum information science or related fields
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum algorithms
