Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptographic applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-accelerated machine learning models
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Publish research in IEEE/ACM journals and present at quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
- Secure patents for novel quantum-resistant methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or cryptography
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms and NISQ limitations
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti) simulators
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
