Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms targeting 2026-scale computational challenges

- Lead experimental validation of quantum advantage in optimization problems
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at quantum computing conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance architectures
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into experimental prototypes
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
