Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography
- Develop error-correction protocols to advance fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probability theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical algorithm development
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
