- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's variants)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Demonstrated success securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience mentoring quantum research teams and managing lab operations
