Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and simulation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications

- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Establish industry standards for quantum error correction protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing top-tier quantum computing research
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience managing cross-functional R&D teams of 15+ researchers
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum computing
- Demonstrated success securing federal research funding
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum advantage applications
