Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum algorithm frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead interdisciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for scalable quantum systems
- Collaborate with industry partners to deploy quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and AI
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and top-tier conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or quantum information
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum algorithm development projects
