- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Drive commercialization of quantum simulation tools for pharmaceutical R&D
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Define quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computational Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Track record of securing federal research funding
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with low-level hardware integration
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
