Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for cryptography and molecular modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Secure $5M+ in government/private quantum research grants
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature journals
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics from top-tier institution
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit manipulation
- Published research in Nature/Science with >100 citations
- Proficiency in Qiskit and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum decoherence mitigation
- Track record of securing DARPA/NSF quantum funding
- Fluency in quantum machine learning frameworks
