Responsibilities

- Drive research initiatives targeting 2026 quantum computing milestones including error correction breakthroughs
- Secure $5M+ in research grants by publishing high-impact papers in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and establish industry partnerships with quantum ecosystem leaders
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-gen financial and healthcare systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry research experience
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Quantum)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing government/defense quantum research grants (DARPA, NSF)
