Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and error correction protocols
- Published record in top-tier quantum journals
- Proven track record of securing government research funding
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
