Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development and optimization for commercial applications
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Manage cross-functional research teams and mentor junior scientists

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, or quantum simulation
