Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for 2026-era AI optimization and cryptography

- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA programs

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or qubit stability
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Proven track record leading quantum computing research projects
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubit architectures and cryogenic systems
