Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error-correction protocols
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDK frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum conferences
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and optimization techniques
