Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm research for cryptography, optimization, and molecular simulation

- Secure $5M+ in government and industry research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 3+ high-impact papers annually
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and IBM Quantum Network on joint initiatives
- Translate theoretical models into functional quantum software prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
