Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead a cross-functional team of 8-12 quantum researchers and engineers

- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and industry whitepapers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing quantum algorithm breakthroughs
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience securing DoE/NIST research grants or equivalent funding
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
