- Secure $50M+ in research grants through NSF and DoD partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish top-tier research in Nature/Science journals
- Drive quantum security protocols for national infrastructure protection
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years R&D
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum hardware architecture
- Track record of securing federal research grants ($20M+)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ quantum researchers
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects preferred
