Responsibilities

- Collaborate with industry partners to deploy quantum solutions for real-world 2026 challenges
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar quantum research grants
- Mentor quantum engineers and researchers in advanced quantum error correction techniques
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-generation data infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of quantum research
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Hands-on experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and low-level quantum assembly
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants ($1M+)
- Experience leading international quantum computing research teams
- Published work on quantum machine learning applications
