Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using IBM Quantum and Rigetti systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Proven ability to secure research funding through grants and proposals
