Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead experimental quantum error mitigation protocols using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants and partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship Program
- Present findings at global tech summits including Davos and CES 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information theory or hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Track record of securing competitive research funding
