Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance quantum coherence in next-generation hardware
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype and test novel quantum processor architectures
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives integrating quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error correction, and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
