Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop advanced quantum error correction techniques for fault-tolerant computing
- Lead cross-functional research teams on quantum machine learning applications
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Secure external research funding through NSF and DoD grant proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
