Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error mitigation protocols and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Lead research publications in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and manage projects
