Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at premier quantum conferences
- Secure external funding through NSF and DOE grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Deep understanding of quantum circuit optimization and compilation
