Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge software-hardware gaps

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
