Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum processors with error mitigation protocols
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions and quantum hardware manufacturers
- Translate theoretical models into practical implementations using quantum programming frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development with demonstrated publications in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
