Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical frameworks

- Secure $5M+ in government/private quantum computing grants
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs

- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
