Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science from Tier-1 institution
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (minimum 5 papers)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Proven grant-writing success with federal agencies
- Fluency in Python and low-level assembly languages
