Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptographic applications
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D teams in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor post-quantum computing fellows
- Collaborate with NASA/IBM on quantum space communications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 3+ years quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Expertise in topological quantum computing
- Strong background in Shor's/Grover's algorithms
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Patent portfolio in quantum technologies
