Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics/Science with 2+ annual papers
- Secure $1M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF/DARPA
- Mentor PhD interns in quantum information theory
- Partner with industry leaders to commercialize quantum solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (2020-2025 graduates encouraged)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Strong track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
