Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Develop error-corrected quantum systems using superconducting and photonic architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Lead quantum machine learning projects for predictive modeling and optimization
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and intellectual property
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
