Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for 2026 applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve quantum processor performance metrics

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with demonstrated algorithm development
