Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error-corrected qubit architectures
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Stay current on quantum machine learning advancements
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Published work in quantum computing or quantum mechanics
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols
- Fluency in Python and high-performance computing frameworks
