Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and finance
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise security systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Author peer-reviewed publications and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Secure $2M+ in government grants for quantum computing initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers through quarterly quantum computing bootcamps

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms (IBM Rigetti)
- Security clearance eligibility for DoE quantum projects
