Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and molecular simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum systems
- Author breakthrough research papers for premier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software-hardware interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and patents for quantum innovations
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum methodologies
- Present findings at global tech summits including 2026's Quantum Future Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Track record of securing government or corporate research grants
- Experience with photonic and superconducting quantum computing platforms
- Strong background in complex algorithm design and computational complexity theory
