Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in optimization, machine learning, and cryptography

- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize quantum-classical computing architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and drive quantum education initiatives
- Secure $5M+ in government and private quantum research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 3+ years quantum research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature Physics, PRX Quantum)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
