Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and computational reliability
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical quantum models into practical hardware implementations
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Secure and manage research grants from government agencies and private foundations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or related high-impact scientific journals
