Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Physics, Quantum)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting qubits, trapped ions, photonic systems)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
